Brunch at Bristol Bar & Grille was around long before many others in Louisville. We also offer one of the few brunch buffets in the city. We do not take that description lightly. No matter which Bristol Bar & Grille location you visit, every Sunday you will find a brunch spread that contains more than you could ever eat in one sitting.
We call our brunches “bountiful.” You will always find the Sunday brunch staple as well as weekly specials. The staples always include: eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, Danish, muffins, fresh vegetables, fruits, and salads. Our local farming partners provide the ingredients for many of these dishes depending on the season. In addition, our featured pastas and entrées change weekly. The Belgian waffles are made-to-order and you can choice how you want them topped. You can pick from a variety of toppings including fresh fruit, syrup as well as whipped cream. The Weisenberger cheese grits, biscuits and gravy and fried chicken create a true Southern plate you won’t find anywhere else.
